Includes the opportunity to feature a promotional video during key conference events. 

  • Sustaining Sponsors will have their logo included on all key conference printed materials, signage, webpage, social media and pre & post media updates. Sponsorship includes 3 conference registrations. (Unlimited Sponsors)

Welcome & Conference Essentials Sponsorships

Our Conference Event Sponsorships offer targeted opportunities to align your brand with key moments at the conference. These sponsorships ensure visibility during highly attended segments, allowing your company to make a lasting impact on participants.

  • Welcome attendees at check-in with a California-grown flower or lei and a Newport-inspired canvas beach tote, co-branded with UnitedAg. The bag can include the conference program, California-grown treats, branded sunscreen and a beach towel. Sponsor recognition extends to welcome-table signage and flower tags or cards. Opportunity to donate beach themed swag for welcome totes. Quantity 300 items.   (Unlimited sponsors)

  • Host a merchandise storefront near registration, where attendees may make donations in exchange for UnitedAg hoodies, vests, jackets, pins, buttons and the inaugural conference custom plushie. Donations benefit UnitedAg’s three foundations, with sponsor visibility at the storefront. 

Opening Day Sessions & Dining Sponsorships

Our Opening Day Sponsorships offer targeted opportunities to align your brand with high-profile moments across Day One. From keynote stage visibility to premier dining and networking sessions, these packages ensure your company makes a lasting impression on agricultural leaders and attendees.

  • Receive dedicated recognition connected to the opening keynote presentation. 

  • Receive dedicated recognition during the Annual Luncheon and President’s Message. 

  • Highlight the Ag Care Fund through coordinated luncheon messaging, sponsor recognition and select branded materials. This activation may alternatively be incorporated into the cooking class. 

  • Set the scene with sponsor-recognized floral arrangements, centerpieces and décor at breakfast, continuing into the Annual Luncheon and other suitable gathering spaces. 

  • Create a branded specialty coffee and networking station, with recognition on the station and coffee cups or sleeves. Opportunity to extend to Day Two.

Set sail with us as an official sponsor of our signature Newport Harbor sunset cruise. These Reception Sponsorships provide high-profile visibility across vessel signage, branded guest keepsakes, and social photo moments, connecting your brand with attendees in an unforgettable coastal setting.

  • Be part of the Newport Harbor sunset cruise with sponsor visibility on boarding and onboard signage, menus, cocktail napkins, plates and event materials.

Welcome Dinner, Awards & Giving

Our Welcome Dinner, Awards & Giving Sponsorships offer meaningful opportunities to showcase your brand during an evening of celebration, recognition, and generosity.   • Align your brand with recognition of UnitedAg Ambassadors, Representatives and other honorees, with an opportunity for visibility alongside the Live Auction. 

  • Support scholarship students and connect your organization with the Agricultural Education Foundation Silent Auction, with recognition during daytime promotion and the evening program.
